Furnishings & Styling
For clients looking to elevate their home without major construction.
This service includes furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, paint and wallpaper, and cosmetic updates that bring cohesion and depth to existing spaces. We design with intention, layering pieces thoughtfully so rooms feel complete, comfortable, and personal.
From sourcing through installation, every detail is managed to ensure a seamless experience and a finished result that feels considered and lived-in.
Construction & Renovation Design
For projects that involve reworking the layout, structure, or long-term functionality of a home.
This service includes kitchens, bathrooms, custom millwork, space planning, and comprehensive finish selections. We collaborate closely with architects, builders, and trades to guide design decisions and maintain a cohesive vision throughout the project.
Our role is to bring clarity and continuity to a complex process, resulting in spaces that feel enduring, intentional, and well resolved.
The CLD Process

The process begins with a 30-minute virtual call to get to know one another and discuss your goals, timeline, and overall scope. From there, we schedule an on-site consultation to walk through the space in person, review priorities, and assess the project in detail.
Following the site visit, we prepare a comprehensive scope of work that outlines the design approach and serves as the foundation for the project moving forward.

Design begins with a deeper dive into your preferences. You’ll complete a design questionnaire, followed by a kickoff meeting where we review inspiration, layouts, materials, and samples to fine-tune the overall direction.
From there, work moves into the studio. We develop the full design, including sourcing, finish selections, custom elements, and 3D renderings as needed. The design presentation is the key milestone of this phase—an in-person review where you see the complete vision, explore samples, and make real-time refinements before final approvals.

Once the design is approved, we manage all ordering, tracking, and coordination. This includes overseeing furnishings, materials, and any construction-related trade work, while carefully aligning timelines so installation happens when everything is ready.
Clients receive regular communication throughout this phase, including access to a detailed tracking spreadsheet and weekly updates outlining what’s been completed, what’s in progress, and what’s coming next. Our role is to anticipate issues, resolve them efficiently, and keep the process moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Installation is when everything comes together. We coordinate deliveries, oversee placement, and complete final styling so the home feels finished, cohesive, and ready to be lived in. This phase marks the close of the project and the beginning of enjoying your space.
